What does the process itself look like?

1. We receive a request from the customer. Our expert immediately reads the question and begins to process it!
2. We perform a preliminary query analysis, in which all customer’s needs are taken into account.
3. We check the availability of the necessary goods in the offer of our regular suppliers. The inquiry will be directed to the appropriate supplier!
4. We start processing the order depending on the availability of the goods

If the product is available, we direct the order to the supplier.

If the product is not available, we contact the manufacturer, and direct the order to him.

5. We check the correctness of the catalogue numbers in order to avoid mistakes at the initial stage of the order.
6. We check order’s details, terms and payment methods. We also make sure that all your requirements are met.
7. We settle all formalities. We sign a contract!
8. We prepare the documents and goods for shippment.
9. We deliver goods with set of import/export documents attached.
